Differential pressure

As the name implies, differential pressure measures the difference between two pressures. Instruments calculate differential pressure by measuring the disparity between two separate physical spaces. 

For example, when pressure drops on one side of a vent relative to another, the device will recognise this discrepancy.Specifically, differential pressure measurement instruments enable HVAC technicians to deduce the pressure inequality at intake and outflow vents.
