Flue gas analysis with no stress, paper or shaky probes – the testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer operated by smartphone App makes this possible. Use the flue gas analyzer certified by the German Technical Safety Standards Authority (TÜV), including O2 and CO H2-compensated sensor, for the maintenance and commissioning of gas, oil and solid fuel systems.

Product Description

In order to commission and service heating systems as quickly and thoroughly as possible, you need the appropriate flue gas analyzer. The testo 330i LX combines the proven measuring technology of its predecessor, the testo 330 LL, with smart handling.
 

Flue gas analyzer testo 330i LX applications

In combination with our modular flue gas probes (please order separately) you can be sure of great flexibility; use the testo 330i LX for the following applications:
 
  • For official acceptance test measurements - the H2-compensated CO sensor means you can also carry out official acceptance test measurements with this version of the testo 330i LX (CO sensor is H2-compensated up to 30,000 ppm)
  • Measurement of O2 and the flue gas temperature in the heating system
  • Draught measurement on heating systems
  • Other measurement parameters are calculated on the basis of the measured values, e.g. flue gas loss, level of efficiency, and Lambda
 
Use other connectible probes and accessories (please order separately) for the following applications:
 
  • Gas flow pressure measurement on the burner with hose connection set (0554 1203)
  • O2 supply air measurement with dual wall clearance probe (0632 1260)
  • Measuring the flow and return temperature with differential temperature set (0554 1208)
  • Temperature in the combustion air with combustion air temperature probe (e.g. 0600 9787)

Flue gas analyzer operated by smartphone - equipment
 
  • Sophisticated long-life sensors for O2 and CO are included in scope of delivery. The CO sensor is H2-compensated up to 30,000 ppm. The sensors have a service life of up to 6 years. This means at least one sensor replacement is saved in the course of a normal operating life
  • 5-year warranty without a maintenance contract on O2 and CO sensor
  • Easy exchange of the sensors by the user – no adjustment necessary
  • Tested and certified by the German Technical Safety Standards Authority (TÜV) according to the first German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) and EN 50379, Parts 1-3
  • Integrated draught and gas zeroing without removing the probe – the probe (please order separately) can remain in the flue during zeroing

Once you have finished the measurement, you can add comments or photos to the measurement protocol and send it to your customer or the office via e-mail
  • Free testo 330i App for iOS and Android devices (available in the AppStore and Play Store). Requirements: iOS 7.1/Android 4.3 or newer; mobile terminal device with Bluetooth® 4.0
  • Built-in magnets enable the flue gas analyzer to be attached to the burner/boiler quickly
 
The new testoFix probe mount is available as an accessory, so the flue gas probe (please order separately) is guaranteed not to lose the centre of flow once found. This can be attached to the pipe quickly and easily. It holds the flue gas probe in the centre of flow and also serves as a fall-proof suspension system for the testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer.
