A product’s model number will be on the box, owner’s manual, or on the bottom or front of the product.

The serial number is located at behind the product. Usually it will be next to the battery slot. However, you can also locate your serial number on the calibration sheet in the box. .
Serial number usually starts with S/N (followed by number)
