For over 35 years, Testo UK have been putting our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything we do. Given the ever-changing situation with coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to let you know how we are responding and to reassure you that we do have plans in place to continue to support our customers and colleagues and to ensure our customer service continues to meet expectations.
We have closed our service drop off point in Alton for the foreseeable future, to protect your safety and that of our colleagues. We kindly ask you not to drop off or pick up any goods until further notice. We are still accepting couriers and delivery drivers. Our German office is still operating and delivering goods to us.
The Health and Safety of our customers and colleagues remains our top priority and we have adopted some special measures to allow for this.
Our colleagues are receiving communications to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest government advice.
We have established homeworking methods to allow personnel to work remotely in order keep our departments operational.
Our Service and calibrations department is working in shifts to ensure repairs can be continued and calls can be answered, the same applies to our internal sales team, your calls and emails will still be answered.
All of our departments are still running and are ready to take your calls in the usual way.

Effect of CoVid 19/coronavirus on Testo’s delivery capability
Testo's supply chain is international: This means we have production sites in Germany, a production site in China and suppliers from Asia.
The production in China has started in a stable manner and both the deliveries to Germany and the direct deliveries to other Countries successfully.
There are currently also no delays in delivery for the production facilities in Germany either.
In the months of March and April we will also, as in the past, supply our customers within the standard delivery time. In exceptional cases, however, delays cannot be excluded. Delivery times for specific products will be answered upon request.
The delivery situation for the upcoming months is being monitored continuously by our specialist departments with the aim to avoid supply shortages going forward.
Further to the government’s recent update regarding the Covid-19 virus we have taken the decision to reduce all non-essential contact with our customers.
This decision has been taken to protect both our customers and employees.
Therefore with immediate effect our Trade Counter in Alton will be closed until further notice.
Our goods in department will continue to receive goods but via couriers only. We will also continue to ship goods via UPS in the usual way.
You can continue to send goods to us by arranging a collection by contacting us on 01420 544433 and select Option 1 or by requesting a collection label via our website, choosing the “Services” option and then selecting “Testo Flue Gas Analyser Service”.
