Internal Sales Support - Job Description 

The Company

Testo Limited, based in Alton, Hampshire is a world leader in the supply of test and measurement instrumentation as well as customer specific measurement and monitoring solutions.

 

Responsibility:

  •     Order Income for assigned customers in the Instrumentation Division
  •     Effective sales lead conversion
  •     Systematic sales increase with potential customers


Main Tasks:

  •     Consult with customers by phone with the objective of generating orders
  •     Contact potential customers by phone to develop their sales
  •     Input of customer information into CRM system in an accurate and timely manner
  •     Responding to completed customer web forms and incoming emailed enquiries
  •     Lead follow up (sending of brochures, creation of quotations including follow up in a specific time frame)
  •     First level contact person for customers in terms of customer relationship management
  •     Participate in Telemarketing Campaigns
  •     Ensure that details of follow ups and quotations are regularly passed to the External Sales Team and updated into CRM system
  •     Provide customers with technical product advice, IT assistance, training and support both pre and post sale.
  •     Work closely and provide support to the Sales Order Processing team, Product Manager and External Sales Team.
  •     Deal effectively with customer complaints and problems.
  •     Attend exhibitions as required.


Experience Required:

  •     Sales experience (Sales technique, product knowledge within Instrumentation would be an advantage)
  •     Technical knowledge in areas such as temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure and indoor air quality type applications would be an advantage.
  •     CRM,SAP and Microsoft application experience.
  •     Attention to detail
  •     Proven telephone customer service skills
