Sales Order Processing Assistant - Job Description 


  • Process sales orders and service jobs on SAP accurately and in a timely manner


  • Sales Ordering Processing experience 
  • SAP knowledge

Main Tasks: 

  • Taking orders over the phone, via fax, post or e-mail
  • Process sales orders/service jobs
  • Create and issue pro-forma invoices
  • Process card payments
  • Chase pro-forma payments
  • Chase orders for delivery 
  • Scanning of documents
  • Dealing with day to day queries relating to deliveries 
  • Return goods and issue credits
  • SOP telephone enquiries
