Sales Order Processing Administrator - Job Description

The Company


Testo Limited, based in Alton, Hampshire is a world leader in the supply of test and measurement instrumentation as well as customer specific measurement and monitoring solutions.  We are looking for a Sales order processing executive to work in our busy SOP department.

Responsibilities

  •     Taking orders over the phone, via post and email.
  •     Processing Sales and service orders using SAP in a timely manner
  •     Creating and issuing pro-forma invoices
  •     Processing card payments
  •     Chasing orders for delivery
  •     Scanning documents
  •     Day to day enquiries
  •     Returns and issuing credit notes
  •     SOP telephone enquiries


Experience Required

  •     Proven time in Sales Ordering processing team
  •     Proven SAP knowledge is essential to this role
  •     Attention to detail
  •     Microsoft 365 especially Excel
  •     Proven telephone customer service skills
