For many years I have worked in the electronic component industry, working for manufacturers and selling into the telecommunication, instrumentation and data comms manufacturing industries, via agent and distribution channels. This role was based in the UK and Europe, requiring a close working relationship with my sales channels. Previously, I have had several Sales and Management positions in the industry, working for UK agents and Distributors. These experiences have allowed me to gain a developed understanding of the process from both sides of the channel.
For the last 10 years, I have sold into the HVAC industry including; Anton – Flue gas analysers (5 years), then Dickie Dyer - Plumbing tools (3 years) and Arctic Hayes – Consumable products for the plumbing industry.
My goal is to expand our distribution network and sales channels and to raise our visibility and presence within training centres and colleges in the South East.
I will work closely with our distributors, motivating them and supporting their needs, especially when instigating new promotions so they have extra guidance and support, ensuring they have access to any help they need.
