a) The term "Company" or "Organiser" shall mean Testo Limited,
b) The term "Customer" shall mean any person, firm or company who purchases goods or services from the Company,
c) The term “Product” shall mean goods and/or services.
Eligibility: The Testo InstallerSHOW 2025 Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
Entry Period: Entries open 3rd June 2025 at 10am and closes 26th June 2025 at 12:55pm.
How to Enter: Entrants must submit their details using the form provided by the Organiser. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Prizes: The prizes include a NEW testo 860i thermal imaging camera, a testo 310 (2nd Gen) flue gas analyser, and a NEW testo 558s digital manifold. Prizes cannot be swapped or exchanged for other products or money.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from the list of registrants on each day of the InstallerSHOW 2025. If the name of the entrant drawn is not present at our InstallerSHOW stand (5F24) at the specified time (1pm), another winner will be chosen.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified at the InstallerSHOW 2025 stand. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 30 seconds, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organiser, which are final and binding in all respects. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Official Rules.
Privacy: All personal information collected from entrants will be used only for the purposes of this giveaway and further communications directly from Testo Ltd and will not be shared with third parties.
Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a court located in the United Kingdom.
