Testo prize games
Minors require the consent of their legal guardian to participate, unless this is expressly excluded. Employees of the Testo group of companies and their relatives are excluded from participating in the promotion. There is no entitlement to a cash payment.
b) Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of goods, services, donations or similar. Commercial resale of the prize is prohibited.
2. Data Protection
Testo will use the winner's personal data (name and address) received by e-mail solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and forwarding the prize. All user-related data will be deleted from Testo's systems once the competition is over, with the exception of the winners’ details. The information required by commercial and tax law pertaining to the contractual relationship will be retained until the expiry of the statutory retention obligations. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. the participants provide Testo with the data on the basis of the contractual relationship (conditions of participation) between them and Testo.
Prizes, game activity, participation period
A testo Smart Probes Heating Kit will be raffled.
The duration period of the prize game is from 21. Jun. 2021 until 25. Jul. 2021.
Participation take place by sending in the e-mail address via the survey portal. Each person may participate only once. The determination of the winner takes place in the form of a random draw among all participants. The winners will be made public and notified at latest two weeks after the termination of the prize game by e-mail.
The winner must contact Testo by e-mail giving his/her first and last names and address. If the winner does not make contact by e-mail within 7 days after notification, the claim to win becomes void.
The dispatch of the prize will take place by post at latest 14 days after notification of the winners. Exchange, cash payout or transfer to third parties are excluded.
