We are looking for the right candidate to build up our Solution Support.
Main objectives: Ensuring support quality and customer satisfaction Main tasks:
- Customer support, communication to Testo HQ ticket system solution services
- Support for service technicians during installation activities (hotline)
- Support for engineering team (key installations, piloting, pre-sales)
- Commissioning and evaluation (remote)
- Digitizing of checklists
- Maintenance and configuration of Solution components
- Maintenance of equipment and parts
- Train external installers on our solution systems and Coordination of those
- Support of technical clarification and piloting
- Expertise in current PC hardware and software, Windows / Office
- Know-how TCP / IP
- Analytical skills
- Reporting knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of food / pharma industry compliance, regulations, norms, standards of advantage
- Open for traveling
- Self management
- Expertise in installation and commissioning
Technical education (IT systems) 5 years or more work experience in relevant business.
