Testo SpA - Services Manager

Role description:

The Services Manager at Testo is responsible for managing repair and calibration services. We are looking for a new experienced manager, who can drive our Service Division, lead after-sales service team and ensure a long term customer relationships.
 
Main duties:
  • Managing product repair & calibration processes
  • Managing estimations, follow-up and order processes for services
  • Issuing regularly report to MD and Head Quarter
  • Ensure Services Quality, Contingency and Resource Planning
  • Actively managing renewals of maintenance contracts
  • Ensuring technical competence of the team
  • Understanding markets trends and developing adequate services
  • Ensuring full cooperation and synergies with Sales Teams
 
Profile:
  • High knowledge of service management
  • Organizational skill to manage medium team (around 20p)
  • Sales Skills
  • Technical expertise in measurement and instrumentation
  • Expertise of calibration procedures (Accredia)
  • Basic knowledge of Italian Accounting Normative
  • Good English level (both written and spoken)
  • Customer Orientation & strong in delivering customer satisfaction
  • Leadership and Team Work skills
  • Good Communications ability
  • Basic Project Management expertise

Testo SpA - Project Sales Manager

Role description:

Project Sales Manager Industry at Testo is responsible for sales in Food, Life Sciences, Primary Industry and Energy Power. We are looking for a new experienced manager, who can achieve sales targets taking responsibility of key accounts and projects sales.

Main duties:

  • Knowledge of key market data and trends
  • Knowledge of key industry compliance, regulations, norms, standards, laws
  • Market mapping and target KA identification and selection
  • Key Accounts knowledge
  • Competitors knowledge
  • Perfect knowledge and understanding of Testo offer
  • Assiduous updates on visits, relationship status, advancements, etc. through relevant tools (e.g. Dynamics CRM)
  • Ability to manage projects making use of relevant tools (e.g. Gantt diagrams) and resources for reaching the assigned objectives

 

Profile:

  • Good Office user (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Extensive CRM user
  • Technical application expertise
  • English: good
  • Some project management skills
  • Some economics/business metrics skills
  • Open communication with peers/bosses within Testo at local and international level
  • Able to create relationships based on mutual trust and on open communication at any level within target Key Accounts
  • Able to speak in public
  • High persistence and strong will
  • Time flexible and able to work under time pressure
  • Good self-organization/work by objectives
