The Key Account Manager – Food Solutions / Restaurants

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
 

  • Achieving sales targets by ensuring the Key Account strategy is in alignment with long term Testo Solutions goals and objectives (2020 Strategy).
  • 在确保主要客户战略与长期的德图解决方案目标(2020战略)保持一致的前提下,实现销售目标。
  • Negotiation of favorable contracts with key accounts and manages daily relationships with these organizations.
  • 与大客户谈判有利的合同,并管理与这些组织的日常关系。
  • Provide a central point of contact for all assigned key accounts as well leading successful cases during implementation phase.
  • 在实施阶段为所有分配的大客户提供中心联系点,以及领先的成功案例。

  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products, making recommendations as required.
  • 通过将公司产品与竞争产品的对比分析来评估市场竞争,并根据需要提出建议。
  • Establishes best practices for Key Accounts that may be applied across the entire Greater China organization, including inbound lead processing.
  • 建立可适用于整个大中华地区主要客户的最佳做法,包括处理跟进呼入电话中的销售线索。
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production, manages the rollout of relevant Testo solutions to key accounts.
  • 通过制定有关销售、宣传和生产的时间积分计划,介绍并宣传新产品,争取把相关的德图解决方案销售给关键客户。
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related assignments as needed.
  • 通过完成相应分配的任务,为团队做出贡献。

Main responsibilities:

  • A full-time position, you will be based in our head quarter in Shanghai and spending time in different departments to be familiar with Testo products and services. After 9 months of training program you will be assigned to one department based on your performance and company requirement.
