Testo is proud to deliver a Thermal/Infrared Certification Course in collaboration with Advanced Infrared Resources Australia — one of the industry’s leading training providers.
This course follows the recommended training requirements of ISO 18436-7 for
Category 1 Thermal/Infrared Certification giving technicians worldwide-recognised competency in thermal infrared inspection. It ensures safer inspections, better fault detection, and more reliable reporting across electrical and mechanical assets.
The course is also recognised by the Australian Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT).

Mark Cutts
Prior 2016 Mark has worked as a qualified heavy equipment mechanic, supervisor, and manager in the mining and marine sectors. In 2016, he started his thermography career by becoming certified as a Category 1 ITC and accepting a position as a condition monitoring manager at a naval fleet base. Furthering his thermography career, in 2017 Mark attained his accreditation, and completed the Category 2 Advanced Infrared Resources Thermography course.
Since changing careers in 2018, Mark has worked full-time as a thermographer with IIAT, one of Australia’s leading infrared inspection specialists, and holds a Category 2 AINDT Electrical Thermography Certification as well as Category 1 UE Systems Airborne Ultrasound Technician training.
