The following conditions apply to the participation in the Testo Bonus offer ("Promotion").

1. Organizer

The organiser of the promo is Testo SE & Co. KGaA, Testo-Strasse 1, 79853 Lenzkirch, Germany (“Organizer”). The promo will be handled by Testo Pty Ltd, Unit 11, 114-118 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South VIC 3136, Australia, the agency contracted to do so by the organiser.

2. Promotional object

The object of the promotion is the granting of a cost-free give away with the purchase of a defined Testo measuring instruments and the subsequent registration with sending in a copy of the invoice receipt or delivery note.

3. Eligibility for participation

Eligible for participation are natural persons resident in Australia. Employees of the organiser, affiliated companies, distributors and other companies involved in the conception and implementation of the promo, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Participation is possible from the age of 18 years.

4. Participation in the promotion

In order to participate in the promo, the participant must purchase a promotional instrument from distributor either online or direct Testo in the period from 1June 2026 to 31 August 2026, whether in his/her own name or on behalf of a company. The participant must then register here on the Promo page and verify the purchase with a copy of his / her invoice or delivery note.

After the registration has been checked and confirmed, the give away will be sent to the participant.

The customer has the possibility to complete the registration by 14 September 2026.

Each participant can only participate once in the promotion for each purchased promotional device. Multiple participations with different or several address data as well as other manipulative measures lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant from the promotion.

In return for participation in the promotion, the participant agrees that the organiser may process his personal data for advertising purposes (including personal product recommendations).

5. Give away

After a successful eligibility check, every participant receives a give away in the form a Testo instrument or promotional product. The agency sends the give away to the participant by post. The risk of loss passes to the participant when the item is handed over to a transport person and the participant accepts these conditions of participation. Registered participants who are entitled to participate will generally receive the give away within 30 working days of successful verification of their registration at the specified address. If the give away cannot be delivered twice, the participant may be excluded from the promotion. In the event of unexpectedly high demand, there may be delays in delivery. If eligible participant has not received the item within 30 days, we welcome the participant to contact Testo on (03) 8761 6108.

A cash payment is excluded. The right to the give away is not transferable.

6. Liability

The organiser is not liable for any damages which occur in the course of the implementation of the promo, unless the organizer or his/her agent has caused the damage through gross negligence or intention or has violated a contractual (cardinal) obligation. In the case of slight violation of cardinal obligations, the liability of the organiser is limited to predictable, contractually typical damages. Liability in the case of culpable damage to life, body or health due to malicious concealment of defects is unaffected. Liability according to the product liability legislation is unaffected.

7. Data protection

The data from the participants recorded in the framework of the promotion will be recorded, stored and used for the implementation of the promotion. 8. Other

These conditions for participation are subject to Australian law, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
