Thanks to the Smart Thermometer, measuring the room temperature is now possible on the move. Smart thermometers record the temperature regardless of the measuring location and transmit the values to the smartphone via a wireless connection. An evaluation can be carried out there. If a Smart Thermometer is used, the data can be collected in a targeted manner. The temperature data or other parameters are sent to the smartphone via a wireless connection, where they can be conveniently read off. The app allows the values to be displayed as a table or in a diagram, making temperature changes directly visible. No more tedious comparing of individual values! One glance is all it takes to see whether there is a need for action. If, for example, the temperature in the cold store rises, action must be taken immediately. Without the quick, clear measurement taken at short intervals, too much time often passes before a fault in the system is noticed. The smartphone thermometer allows faults to be detected more quickly.
The measured data and evaluations can be created and sent as a measurement report. PDF and Excel formats are available for this purpose. iPhone Thermometer: Smart Thermometer for iOS
In order to use the Smart Thermometer via iPhone, iOS 10 must be installed or all higher versions can be used. The temperature can of course be measured wirelessly and without touching the device, which is particularly useful in very low and very high temperature ranges. The sensitivity of the smart thermometers is very high, so that precise measurements and evaluation are possible, which in turn simplifies troubleshooting and monitoring the correct functioning of a system.
Smart thermometers measure temperature changes, while the iPhone hygrometer measures humidity. But that's not all, because the room temperature can also be determined at the same time. The dew point is also calculated automatically and the wet bulb temperature is determined. The measuring ranges are between 0 and 100 % relative humidity and -20 and + 60 °C. Smart thermometers and hygrometers in one, in conjunction with the testo Smart App, make all applications relating to the determination of measurement values much simpler, more efficient and more precise.
