As a food inspector or quality supervisor, you are excellently equipped with the PTB-approved testo 112. The temperature measuring instrument is suitable for official inspection measurements, is so far as you order the initial conformity assessment when purchasing.

The testo 175 T2 temperature data logger is ideally suited if you want to use one instrument to monitor air temperature and to record additional temperature values (e.g. core temperature) on a second channel at the same time. In particular, it is the perfect solution for parallel temperature control of the ambient conditions and the goods themselves when storing food.

The data logger testo 176 H1 allows the monitoring of temperature and humidity in warehouses and buildings. With the testo 176 H1, you can examine whether mould in a house or apartment has been caused by insufficient ventilation or by building damage.

The stainless steel food probe (NTC) is above all used for measuring the core temperature of foods. The fact that the probe is EN 13485 and HACCP-compliant, along with it being water-protected (according to IP 67), is particularly practical for use in the food sector.
