1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Testo UK Ltd (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 00:00 on 1 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of Testo UK Ltd

• Employees of affiliated companies

• Agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion

• Immediate family members of the above

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

1. Complete the official promotion sign-up form; and

2. Submit their details during the Promotion Period.

Entries must be fully completed to be considered valid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not successfully submitted.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Is subject to availability

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the Promotion Period has ended.

The draw will take place within 10 days of the closing date.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry.

If the winner does not respond within 10 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Acceptance and Delivery

Once contacted, the winner will be asked to select their preferred bundle kit from the available options.

The Promoter will then arrange delivery of the selected bundle to a UK address provided by the winner.

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the promotion unless the participant has explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications from Testo UK Ltd.

9. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received

• Technical issues affecting entry submissions or communications

• Any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion may be promoted via social media platforms.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to Testo UK Ltd, not to any social media platform.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
