The testo 871s delivers high-resolution thermography (240 x 180 pixels, upgradable to 480 x 360 pixels) with seamless Wi-Fi connectivity for remote operation and instant data transfer via the testo Thermography App. Smart Bluetooth integration allows it to wirelessly connect with the testo 770-3 Clamp Meter and testo 605i Thermohygrometer, enabling simultaneous humidity, voltage, and current measurements alongside thermal imaging. Designed for HVAC professionals, electricians, and building inspectors, it features an IP54-rated rugged build, 4-hour battery life, and automatic measurement functions for precise diagnostics.

Equipped with a wide temperature measurement range (-30°C to 650°C) and 80mK thermal sensitivity, the testo 871s detects even the smallest temperature differences, allowing for accurate diagnosis of insulation defects, electrical faults, and mechanical issues. The wide 35˚ x 26˚ field of view ensures fast and efficient inspections over large areas.
The testo 871s is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing for seamless data transfer and real-time report generation via the testo Thermography App (available for iOS and Android). The app provides: Live second display on a smartphone or tablet, Remote camera operation and On-site report creation and sharing.
Additionally, the testo 871s connects via Bluetooth to the testo 770-3 Clamp Meter and testo 605i Thermohygrometer. The testo 770-3 allows you to capture electrical current and voltage data for comprehensive system analysis. the testo 605i allows you to record ambient temperature and humidity conditions for advanced building diagnostics and automatically detect mould risk using the humidity traffic light function.
The testo ScaleAssist and testo ɛ-Assist features optimise colour scale settings and emissivity adjustments, ensuring consistent, error-free, and objective thermal images. Automatic hot/cold spot detection instantly identifies critical temperature variations. The IFOV warning system prevents measurement errors by displaying the correct measurement spot size in real-time.
A built-in digital camera allows users to capture both thermal and visual images simultaneously, making analysis and reporting easier. Images and videos can be saved to the 2.8GB internal memory and transferred via USB or WLAN for further processing.
