1. Promotion Overview
   The testo Vacuum and Heat Pump Promotion provides promotional discounts on selected Testo products and kits purchased through Testo UK during the promotional period.

2. Promotion Period
   The offer is valid from 1st September 2026 until 31st December 2026 and applies only to purchases made during the promotion period.
   Orders placed outside the promotional period will not qualify for the discounts.

3. Offer Details
   Customers must sign up to TIM and register their new eligible product to receive the product's first year of service free. This offer applies to eligible customers only and is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional TIM service terms.

   Customers must sign up to TIM by 31st January 2027 to qualify for the first year of service free.

4. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to customers purchasing directly from Testo within the United Kingdom.

• Offer available on eligble products purchased from testo.co.uk and selected specialist distributors within the United Kingdom.

• The TIM first year free service offer applies only where the customer signs up to TIM in accordance with the applicable service requirements.

• Discounts apply only to new orders placed during the promotion period.

5. Exclusions
The following conditions apply:

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing agreements unless explicitly stated.

• The promotion does not apply to spare parts, services, calibration, repairs, or accessories unless specified.

• Stock availability may vary, and Testo UK reserves the right to withdraw items if stock is depleted.

• Offer is not available from distributors outside of the above mentioned list.

6. Pricing
Discounts are applied to the standard UK list price.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns for products purchased during the promotion are subject to Testo UK’s standard returns policy.
If a product is returned, any promotional discount applied may be deducted from the refund value.

8. Modification or Withdrawal
Testo UK reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms and Conditions

• Modify the promotion

• Withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice

9. Liability
Testo UK shall not be liable for:

• Promotion interruptions due to technical or operational issues

• Pricing errors or product description errors.
