1. The Promoter

The promoter is Testo, located at Newman Lane, GU34 2UR, Alton, Hampshire, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

• The offer is available to existing customers only (defined as those with an active account or previous purchase history prior to 05.05.2026).

• Employees of the Promoter, their families, or agents are excluded from this promotion.

3. The Qualifying Offer

• To qualify for a £50 Testo e-shop voucher, customers must successfully book a device in for service through the T.I.M. (Testo Instruments Manager) portal.

• Valid only for services booked between 05.05.2026 and 30.06.2026.

• The offer is subject to the successful completion of the service and receipt of full payment.

4. How to Claim

• Upon completion of the service, the device will be returned to the customer accompanied by an official promotional leaflet.

• To claim the voucher, the participant must scan the QR code on the leaflet and complete the registration form on the designated landing page.

• Digital voucher codes will be sent via email to the address provided during registration within 5 working days of a successful form submission.

• Limit: Only one voucher may be claimed per product serviced.

5. Redemption & Expiry

• Registration Deadline: Customers must register their QR code claim by 14.07.2026 to account for shipping and return times.

• Voucher Expiry: All vouchers must be redeemed at testo.com by 31.07.2026. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.

• Minimum Spend: The voucher is valid only on orders with a minimum value of £100 (excluding VAT and shipping).

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or trade discounts.

6. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any claim that does not meet these terms or appears fraudulent.

• The Promoter is not responsible for leaflets lost in transit or registration delays due to technical issues outside of their control.
