testo 350 Maritime
  • Fast, simple, accurate O2, CO, NOx readings on diesel engines
  • Approved for testing under the NOx Technical Code
  • Built for the demanding marine environments
  • Certified quality with DNV, NK, MED, Module B &D – and optimized for marine fuels
  • Determination of the fuel sulfur content by means of SO2/CO2/ ratio according to MEPC 184 (59)
  • The testo 350 MARITIME is the world’s first portable emission analyzer for diesel ship engines approved for MARPOL Annex VI and the NOx Technical Code.  Built to meet the demands of maritime conditions, it measures O2, CO, and NOx more easily and less costly than other methods.

*NOTE* As the testo 350 MARITIME are manufactured TO ORDER, please be advised that lead time may be up to 6 weeks, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The testo 350 MARITIME Emission Analyzer is designed for emission measurement on marine diesel engines for measuring the gaseous exhaust gas concentrations of NO, NO2, SO2, CO, CO2-(IR), O2. In order to meet the harsh requirements at sea, the complete flue gas analyzer, including accessories, is housed in a robust protective case with a trolley function.

    The testo 350 MARITIME

The testo 350 MARITIME can be used for the following on-board verification surveys in accordance with the NOx Technical Code 2008: For the simplified testing and measurement method, for instance if modifications have been made to the engine, such as readjustment.

The testo 350 MARITIME flue gas analyzer is also suitable for checking the NOx limit values stipulated in MARPOL Annex VI. The NOx values are for example tested in official NOx checks. The NOx measurement can also be used to provide proof of NOx reduction, which is required in regional special zones with specific NOx tax requirements (such as Norway)

Type-Approval Note:  This device is a type-approved analyzer to specifically meet the regulatory Marine Requirements as such there are no other sensors, or probes that can be configured.  If testing requires other sensors, for example total hydrocarbons or used as a stationary semi-continuous monitoring unit, we recommend the standard testo 350 emission analyzer. The Testo 350 can be configured for many different on-board testing scenarios other than the NOx technical code testing scenarios.
