Each wireless sensor must be housed inside a refrigeration unit, as shown in the images. It is supplied with a mounting bracket and 3M double-sided adhesive tape (specifically designed to maintain adhesion at temperatures down to -18°C).
If your restaurant has more than 7 refrigeration units (including cold rooms, auxiliary meat freezers, refrigerators, etc.), you must expand your order to include one additional wireless sensor for every refrigeration unit you have.
The number of Gateways required will depend on the size of your restaurant. If your restaurant is larger than average, we suggest expanding your order to include at least one additional unit. However, if you are unsure, you may place an order for the initial set—which already includes one unit—and verify the signal strength via the Testo Cloud once the installation is complete.
