Reliably optimize the use of cooking oil to save costs and ensure brand protection. The testo 270 cooking oil tester quickly, easily, and reliably determines cooking oil quality. The new testo 270 cooking oil tester stands out thanks to its ergonomic design, which&nbsp;protects the hand from direct exposure&nbsp;to hot oil. The clear alarm via the colored backlit display makes it even easier to evaluate the cooking oil quality: Green means the TPM content is OK. Orange: TPM value is borderline. Red: Your TPM limit has been exceeded.

<p>The reference oil allows you to calibrate or adjust a Testo cooking oil tester. Simply immerse the measuring instrument (in calibration mode) in the oil which has been heated to approx. 50°C. For calibration, the display on the measuring instrument is compared to the printed value on the reference oil bottle and noted. Or adjust the measuring instrument to this value.</p>
