In addition to the features of the testo 760-1, the testo 760-2 includes TRMS measurements, duty cycle, low pass filter, and temperature measuring functionalities.&nbsp; Testo&rsquo;s exclusive auto-test setup enables the user to simply turn the unit on, connect the leads, and begin measuring. &nbsp;The testo 760-2 digital multimeter detects the lead connection, and prevents switching from V to A, or A to V, if the leads are not in the proper socket. &nbsp;This prevents accidentally blowing the meter&rsquo;s fuse because of incorrect connections.

Simply insert the adapter into the digital multimeter and attach a type K thermocouple temperature probe onto the adapter. Please note that temperatures can only be measured in the range between -20 and +500&deg;C.<br />

The adapter enables accurate temperature measurement, because it has ambient temperature compensation.
