Sometimes a single sample location is just not enough for an optimum measurement. Sometimes you need information before the catalyst, or want more information to give you better SCR performance, or maybe more data to help you design or troubleshoot a system. Whatever the requirement, the unique multi-unit capability provides unlimited testing configurations.
Connect multiple analyzer boxes (up to 16 total) through the Testo BUS to better understand your process. The graphing display of real time NOX or CO gives you information in real-time. For additional flexibility, a six channel analog output box can be looped in the system to provide a (user selected) 4-20 mA output.
Analyzer requirements for emission and combustion analysis can vary based on the different combustion applications. For example, extreme concentrations (i.e. CO, NOx, or particulate) can be present in engine exhaust, thus requiring special sensor capabilities and the need for high accuracy for compliance. The testo 350 portable emission analyzer is built with proven technologies and a simple-to-use interface to make engine testing more accurate and easier than ever.
Wireless operation (over 300 feet) allows you to adjust combustion controls at a convenient location, instead of at the sample port. Large on-board memory and fresh air purging automatic test programs allow data collection for a day, a week, or a month. The hi-def colorful, graphic display is surpassed only by the powerful easyEmission software. Together they let you control the analyzer, setup the test, define sites and locations, perform calibrations, and much more.
Measures both NO and NO2 for proper engine set up and unsurpassed accuracy.
Engine-specific menus take the guess work out of testing. The patented dilution system extends the sensor ranges (specifically needed for engine testing) and provides greater sensor protection as an extra benefit. It also provides a true measurement of CO. No need to remove the probe from the stack -simply press the "fresh air purge." It increases sensor life and keeps you off ladders and safely on the ground. Active gas conditioning is mandatory for EPA and high accuracy testing and the 350's integrated gas conditioning system (thermoelectric cooler with automatic condensate removal pump) delivers dry basis data as required for most reporting. The new, more powerful pump automatically controls sample flow rate for EPA accuracy.
The 350 engine probe is specifically designed for engine testing. The pressure relief hose makes testing right or left cylinder banks easier. Stack temperature can be measured with optional thermocouples. Teflon lined sample hoses provide the highest level of accuracy. Heavy particulate loading from diesels are easily handled with the sintered filter options. Heated sample lines and the industrial probe option cover all your testing requirements.
The flue gas analysis is used for thermal process monitoring in process combustion systems, such as in continuous furnaces for the glass, ceramics and construction material sector, or in steel melting and hardening furnaces, etc. In processes of this kind, substances may pass from the product being processed into the flue gas, increasing the usual emissions produced by the combustion system;
vice versa, pollutants may pass from the gas and become part of the product being processed. The flue gas analyzer testo 350 can be used to pursue two main goals: monitoring of the process-related gas atmosphere to ensure the optimum quality of the processed products. The gas analysis provides information for process-related measures, such as the design of the furnace interior, flame control, fired product and furnace temperature, or the combustion air supply. At the same time, the gas analysis contributes to optimum operation of the system in terms of operating costs and safety.
Combustion analyses in industrial processes vary widely. O2 and CO measurements are critical for proper combustion; NOX or SO2 measurements are important for today's pollution control devices. Sometimes extreme concentrations are also encountered and unexpected. The Testo 350's dilution system provides the protection and accuracy to continue working.
High temperature sampling in kilns can be easily achieved with the wide array of probes and hose options for the Testo 350. The Testo 350 is truly an analyzer designed to be your industrial workhorse.
