    The thermocouple is available as an accessory for the Testo flue gas probes for industrial engines. The thermocouple can therefore be used in combination with the flue gas probe and compatible measuring instrument. This makes it possible to measure the flue gas temperature, in parallel with the flue gas measurement.

    The thermocouple delivers the results of the temperature measurement very quickly thanks to its extremely short response time. It can be installed on-site by the user prior to the measurement. The heat protection handle provided also makes it easier to handle. Because this minimizes the risk of getting burned on the metal handle and guarantees safe work.

    Applications

    The thermocouple can be used (in combination with flue gas probe and measuring instrument) for the following purposes:

    • Measuring temperature during the flue gas measurement on industrial engines
    • Measuring temperature during the flue gas measurement on catalytic converters
    • Measuring temperature during the flue gas measurement on other industrial installations
