Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

• Entrants must complete a valid registration to the Testo Instruments Manager (https://tim.testo.com) platform during the relevant promotional month.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is automatic upon successful registration to Testo Instruments Manager within the promotional period.

• Only one entry per person per month is permitted, regardless of the number of registrations attempted.

3. Promotional Period

• The promotion runs on a monthly basis.

• Each monthly prize draw opens at 00:01 on the first day of the month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of the same month.

• Entries received outside of these dates will be entered into the next applicable draw, where relevant.

4. The Prize

• One (1) testo 860i Thermal Imaging Camera will be awarded each month. Worth £379.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

• Testo reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

5. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month.

• The draw will take place within 10 days of the end of each promotional month.

• Testo’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during Testo Instruments Manager registration.

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to availability and delivery location.

• Testo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or incorrect contact details provided by the winner.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during registration will be processed in accordance with the Testo’s Privacy Policy.

• Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and managing Testo Instruments Manager accounts, unless consent has been given for additional marketing communications.

9. General

• By registering for Testo Instruments Manager, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Testo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

• This promotion is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
